On a particularly bad day a few months ago, I received this email from most of the way across the continent. No, Colors doesn’t explain “everything” and you can’t break over seven million people into four neat little groups, but it does explain a lot! Whether it’s your team at work, your family relationships, training staff, working in sales, or becoming a better leader, Colors gives you a whole new dimension and ‘language’ to understanding each other…and ourselves.
Every Blue will understand when I often say that a person having these kinds of “ah ha!” moments is a payday that money can never buy. Thank you to someone who lent the book to someone who lent it to C.O. for paying it forward and making a difference.
