To focus only on the strengths of our primary Color does not result in being well balanced. While it’s very easy to do, and quite natural, focusing on our other Colors takes a little more effort. The great news is that your Colors don’t define or limit your talents. Tons of people are successful in careers, leadership, sales, volunteer groups that don’t just ‘need’ your first or second Color!
